NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARYTO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE DATE OF ENTRY AND WHO RESIDE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: LOS ANGELES, SAN BERNARDINO, ORANGE, VENTURA, OR RIVERSIDE COUNTIES.

SPONSOR: Southern California Toyota Dealers Advertising Association, 865 S. Figueroa St. 11th Fl, Los Angeles, CA 90017 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY: The Monthly Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry and who reside in one of the following counties in the State of California: Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura or Riverside (the "Territory"). Officers, directors, and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and the "step") of the Sponsor, DavisElen Advertising, Inc., GoDaddy.com, Inc., and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their respective directors, officers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize providers, promotion and advertising agencies are ineligible to enter or win.

SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW: This Promotion consists of twelve (12) separate Sweepstakes (the "Monthly Sweepstakes") as set forth in Section 6. Each Monthly Sweepstakes commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date as set forth in Section 6 (the "Monthly Sweepstakes Period"). Except for the "Refer a Friend Entries", you may only enter each Monthly Sweepstakes once during each Monthly Sweepstakes Period. Entries will not be carried over. You must enter separately each Monthly Sweepstakes during each Monthly Drawing Period to be eligible for the Monthly Sweepstakes.

TO ENTER: Go to www.toyotaallaccess.com (the "Website") and register by completing all of the requested information. As stated above, you may only enter once throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. To be eligible to be included within a Monthly Sweepstakes, an entry must be received by 11:59:59 P.M., PT of the last day of that respective Monthly Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in an entrant's email or street address. Neither the Sweepstakes Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside of the Territory, or entries that are altered, damaged, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules; or other errors of any kind, whether due to any electronic, human, technical, mechanical, printing, production or due to any other causes. Each of such potential entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Each Entrant may receive additional entries into each Monthly Sweepstakes by referring the Monthly Sweepstakes to a friend who is eligible to participate in the Monthly Sweepstakes (the "Refer a Friend Entries"). For each unique friend referred who registers, the referrer will receive one (1) additional entry into each Monthly Sweepstakes, subject to the limitations noted below. (In order for a referrer to receive an additional Monthly Sweepstakes entry, his/her friends must click on the link provided to the referrer, which the referrer may only post/share on Facebook®, and complete a registration on the Site. Please note that if friend does not click through on the link and does not register for the Monthly Sweepstakes, the referring entrant will not receive an additional Monthly Sweepstakes entry. The additional entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes will be based on the time that the Friend entered the Monthly Sweepstakes and not the date of the referral). Entrant can refer up to five (5) Friends during each Monthly Sweepstakes and may only receive an additional five (5) Refer a Friend Entries into each Monthly Sweepstakes. Friends may not be members of Entrant's household or members of Entrant's immediate family, as defined above. Entrant may refer each Friend only one (1) time during the entire Promotion.

PRIZES: Each Monthly Sweepstakes will have a minimum of ten (10) winners drawn random from among the eligible entrants who will each receive a prize to be determined. It is anticipated that the prizes will each have an approximate retail value of between $50 - $200. A list of the actual prizes available to be awarded for each Monthly Sweepstakes will be posted on-line by the last day of the preceding month, e.g. the prize(s) available to be awarded for the July Monthly Sweepstakes will be posted on or about 6/30/12; however, the list of prizes available to be awarded for the first Monthly Sweepstakes, i.e. the February Sweepstakes Drawing is currently posted at www.toyotaallaccess.com. All future Monthly Sweepstakes prize lists will also be posted at www.toyotaallaccess.com, on or about the dates stated in the table below. NOTE: Should the actual value of any prize be less than its stated approximate retail value (the "ARV"), the Winner is not entitled to the difference in value. Regardless of the prize won, it must be used in compliance with its terms and conditions and prior to any stated expiration date. No prize is redeemable for cash, transferable or substitutable, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes may not be sold or offered for sale on the Internet or through any other medium. Sponsor is not responsible for any Winner's inability or failure to utilize the prize s/he has won. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of each Winner. Limit: Limit: Only one (1) prize will be awarded per person, email address or household for the entire promotion. Once an entrant has won a prize for a Monthly Sweepstakes, he/she will not be eligible for any future prizes in any future Monthly Sweepstakes. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor.
6.
RANDOM DRAWINGS & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about the dates stated below, DavisElen Advertising, Inc. ("Administrator) will conduct a random drawing to select that month's potential Winner(s) from among all of the eligible entries received in that specific Monthly Sweepstakes, including Refer a Friend Entries. Odds of winning a Monthly Sweepstakes depend upon the number of eligible entries received in that Monthly Sweepstakes, including Refer a Friend Entries, and the number of prizes available to be awarded in that Monthly Sweepstakes. The Administrator's decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Each potential Winner will be notified by phone, email or mail on or about the dates listed below and will be instructed how s/he should claim and/or receive their respective prize. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate potential Winner may result from any of the following: (a) potential Winner's failure to respond to notification within the time specified by Sponsor after its transmission; (b) the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (c) potential Winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; or (d) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner resulting from an e-mail address, the winning entry will be determined by reference to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

INTERNET/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections; for miscommunications; failed telephone or computer transmissions; for jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions; for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties; for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Promotion. Releasees are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries; for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or for any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in the Sweepstakes. Additionally, Releasees are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, or lost entries, for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users of by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; or for any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Any person attempting to enter using multiple email addresses, multiple identities or any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of the Promotion will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. Additionally, any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the intended operation of the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If in the judgment of Sponsor and/or the Administrator, the Sweepstakes is compromised by viruses, bugs, non- authorized human intervention or any other causes, which corrupt or may corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and proceed in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including, without limitation, the selection of potential Winners in a random drawing from among eligible entries received prior to any such modification, discontinuation, suspension or termination. RELEASEES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXLUDSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO LEARN IF ANY OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY TO YOU.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Promotion will be
collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as such is stated at
www.toyota.com/help/privacy.
9.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By accepting a prize, each Winner agrees to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, world wide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
10.
GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (a) except as otherwise specifically set forth in these Official Rules, any action arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or Sponsor shall be filed exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (or if the District Court shall not have jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof, then to the Superior Court of California for Los Angeles) and participants hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such court for the purposes of litigating any such action, and any right to a trial by jury is hereby waived; (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Official Rules, and/or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or Sponsor shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event will participants be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; (d) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain injunctive or other equitable relief and a participant's sole remedy will be an action at law for damages to the extent allowed by sub-paragraphs (c) and (e) of this Rule 11; and (e) under no circumstances will participants be permitted, and participants hereby waive all rights, to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of pocket costs described in (c) above; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect or regard to any principles or doctrines of conflicts of law of the State of California or any other jurisdiction. If any provision or provisions of these Official Rules shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
11.
RELEASE: By participating, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion, or arising out of participation in any prize- related activity, or the receipt, use or misuse, of any prize or activity-related thereto.
12.
GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules or as identified at www.toyotaallaccess.com. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void outside of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Ventura and Riverside Counties, California and where prohibited or restricted by law.
